This comprehensive platform serves both customers and restaurant owners, offering a seamless food delivery experience:
For Customers:
- Browse and order food & beverages from multiple registered restaurants
- Secure payment processing through Stripe integration
- Real-time order tracking with status updates (confirmation, out for delivery, delivered, cancelled)
- Access complete order history
- Manage personal profile and preferences
Cancellation Policy:
- Full refund (including delivery fee) for cancellations within 5 minutes
- Partial refund (excluding delivery fee) for cancellations after 5 minutes
For Restaurant Owners:
- Dedicated restaurant management dashboard
- Real-time order notification and management
- Ability to update menu items
- Track order status and delivery progress
